These Yellow Catuai beans come from the Andrade family’s farm, Fazenda Capim Branco, in the high, green Cerrado Mineiro, one of the oldest family-owned coffee farms in the state of Minas Gerais. Populus is a local roastery based in Berlin-Neukölln, whose Finnish founders are passionate and dedicated to producing specialty coffee with a fundamentally fair approach.
