Place your pre-order online and pick it up on either Tuesday or Thursday between 9 am and 6 pm. During the ordering process, you can select a specific pickup date and time. Remember to bring your order confirmation when you come.

For our production and logistics planning we have a cut off date of 3 days before pickup day.

You can choose a fixed pickup date and time in the order process. Your order is available within our opening hours. Please bring your order confirmation.

You can pick up your order at Sofi every Tuesday and Thursday between 9 AM and 6 PM. Be sure to choose a date and time when placing your order.

Please review your order confirmation carefully to verify your pickup time. Bring this confirmation with you to the shop. You can skip the line and go directly to our staff at the counter for assistance.

We strongly recommend picking up your order on the designated day. If you cannot, we cannot guarantee that your product will be available on a different day. We bake everything fresh and are committed to maintaining our quality standards.

We can't accept any returns because it's perishable and customized products.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping; we only offer pickup in Berlin.
